Together with the quality caregivers that we employ, we help our clients maintain an independent, safe, and healthy lifestyle. Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, Janice supervises the day-to-day operations of the office. She is responsible for human resources and policy compliance. Her many duties include billing, payroll, scheduling, and client/employee customer service oversight. Janice has twenty-six years of experience in the home care industry and enjoys working with both clients and staff.

Jane Keys

Memory Loss Specialist & Trainer

Jane has worked in the senior care industry for over thirty years in program development, management, and training roles with an emphasis on dementia care. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Gerontology as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. Jane taught Gerontology Studies for the Maricopa Community Colleges and was employed as both Program Director and Executive Director in both Independent and Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities before spending sixteen years with Banner/Sun Health in a management capacity at their Residence for Alzheimer's Care.

She provides dementia care training and education to the caregivers and clients' families in addition to community groups and professional organizations in the west valley. Jane serves as the chairperson of the Education and Events Committee of the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America (AZALFA) and served as a Board of Directors Chairperson for Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America (AZALFA). She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP), a support group leader for individuals with dementia (PLWD) and community educator for the Alzheimer's Association and currently writes a monthly column in the Arizona Health and Living Magazine.

Catherine (Kay) Spofford

Registered Nurse

Kay also serves as an advocate for our clients and caregivers, performs client assessments, and supervises the caregivers assigned to her cases. She attended several nursing programs and worked in both hospitals and long term care facilities as both a nurse and nurse practitioner before moving to Arizona. Kay served as the Director of the Banner/Sun Health Residence for Alzheimer's care and the Special Adults residence until the facilities closed in 2014.

She then worked as a case manager at Boswell Medical Center before joining LifeStyle Options. Kay's administrative experience is helpful in monitoring the caregivers assigned to her cases and her clinical experience in both medical and psychiatric cases is a benefit to our clients with their varied diagnoses.

Michele has been in the nursing field for over 25 years. She has experience working in hospitals, long term care facilities, case management, and home health care. 

Michele is an advocate for clients and strives to help each client and family to the best of her abilities. She enjoys working with physicians, social workers, nurses and fiduciaries.

Scheduling Agent

As a scheduling agent, Sandra assures that clients are matched with the perfect caregiver for them. She works with families of the clients to assist with any concerns or questions they might have about our service. Her experience in the health care field includes owning and managing an adult care home and managing a wellness center and blood pressure clinic at an independent living community.

As a state certified caregiver, she brings over 20 years of experience to LifeStyle Options. Sandra genuinely loves her work and her clients, and she is dedicated to providing the right caregiver to provide the best care possible.

Diana Swens

Scheduling Agent

As a scheduling agent, Diana works hard to maintain positive relationships between clients, families, and caregivers. She assures that everyone's needs are met and professionally handles any changes or issues that occur.

Her education and experience as a medical assistant, sports medicine technician, occupational and physical therapy assistant, x-ray technician, and 20 years in home care help her better understand the needs of both our clients and caregivers. Diana is a team player and her goal is to help as many people as she can for as long as possible.
