LifeStyle Options, Inc. is licensed as a Home Services Agency, providing non-medical hourly or live-in care, and as a Home Nursing Agency, providing hourly, skilled care.  Choose exactly the level of care and the schedule that you want:

• Home Care Professional – provides companionship, personal care, meals, housekeeping
• Certified Nursing Assistant - in addition to the duties of a Home Care Professional, a Certified Nursing Assistant is trained to provide some medical assistance including skin care, transferring, vital signs
• Nurse - LPNs and RNs provide skilled care
• Medication Management – A registered nurse supervises and sets up all medications including refills and multi-physician communication.
• Professional Geriatric Care Management – A master’s level nurse practitioner manages coordinates, and oversees care.

How long have you been in business?
